About me
My goal is to guide clients forward with clear and understandable legal and tax advice.
I graduated from law school with distinction. After completing my legal clerkship, I initially worked at an international tax consulting firm in Berlin. Upon passing the tax consultant exam, I decided to move to the Weser-Ems region.
Here, I live with my family and spend my free time primarily engaged in sports acitivities.
I am certified as a specialist consultant for customs and excise duties, as well as for international tax law. In addition to value-added tax (VAT) law, these legal areas currently constitute my main areas of focus in consultancy.

Actively and positively supporting change – that’s what motivates me. With 15 years of experience in insolvency administration, including 3 years as an insolvency administrator, I advise companies so that they can recognize crisis situations early on, avert them and create new prospects.
Because by making optimum use of the instruments of the Insolvency Code, a crisis does not necessarily mean the end, but also the opportunity for a new beginning. I also like to actively promote positive change in my free time. As an honorary board member of the redevelopment advisory board, I am committed to the urban development of my home town.

About me
As a lawyer, tax consultant, and specialist tax law attorney with over 15 years of professional experience, I primarily advise medium-sized businesses comprehensively on all matters of business law and corporate taxation. I serve as the central point of contact for my clients for all releveant legal and tax issues. Our clear aim is to develop technically excellent and economically viable solutions for our clients, enabling them to fully focus on their business in line with our motto “Enjoy Business.” In addition to our economic approach, our particular strength lies in our broad and excellent expertise within Treuhand Weser-Ems (comprising auditing, tax consulting, legal consulting, business consulting, and IT consulting), which is unmatched in the Weser-Ems region.
Before becoming a partner at Treuhand Weser-Ems in 2021, I worked at several renowned international law firms, initially in Frankurt/Main (from 2007) and later in Hamburg (from 2016). There, I provided comprehensive advice to prominent publicly traded clients, medium-sized companies, and investors (including private equity) in various transactions (especially M&A and real estate), restructuring, as well as corporate tax and corporate law matters.
As a native of East Frisia, I am delighted to be able to apply the experiences and expertise gained there to companies in my home region.
